First day at Seeedstudio. We finally all meet with Ivy who has been organising the whole trip on Seeedstudio’s side. After a brief presentation of Seeed’s activities, participants discover the studio: 5/F reception with commercial section, 4/F PCB manufacturing, 2/F R&D and workshop.
Students quickly gather in the room reserved for the next week and a half and start mapping everything left to do.
By 5PM everybody heads back to the Nanshan district area for the EPFL alumni event organised by swissnex China. After a presentation given by the Swiss Consul General in Guangzhou (Didier Boschung), students pitch their 3 projects in front of the alumni. The evening continues with a delicious cocktail dinner and ends on a discussion on CHIC 2016…
